Permitted Uses
You may use Resimote’s services for the following purposes, subject to the terms of your subscription plan:
- Bandwidth sharing to earn income, as outlined in the Earn Money feature.
- Running Web3 nodes for crypto airdrops and rewards.
- Managing multiple social media accounts for legitimate purposes, such as business or personal use, with support for UDP, QUIC, and HTTP/3 protocols.
- Participating in paid surveys across supported locations.
- Web scraping for personal, non-commercial research or data collection, ensuring compliance with the target website’s terms of service.
- SEO and SERP manipulation for legitimate marketing purposes, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
- Creating and managing multiple accounts for online activities, such as advertisement accounts or deal snatching, provided it does not violate third-party terms.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Resimote’s services for any of the following activities:
- Any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, distributing malware, or violating intellectual property rights.
- Sending spam, junk emails, or engaging in mail bombing to flood servers.
- Attempting to disrupt the security of any computer network, including unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, or distributing viruses.
- Engaging in activities that violate the terms of service of third-party platforms, such as creating fake accounts for fraudulent purposes or manipulating ad views in violation of advertising policies.
- Using Resimote’s services to conduct activities that harm Resimote’s reputation or infrastructure, such as excessive traffic that disrupts service quality.
- Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users or allowing third parties to use your account without permission.
- Using Resimote’s services for activities that could result in legal action against Resimote, such as facilitating illegal gambling or money laundering.
User Obligations
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Resimote’s services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
- You must protect your account credentials and not share them with others.
- You must report any suspected breach of security or unauthorized use of your account to Resimote immediately.
- You agree to use Resimote’s services in a manner that does not interfere with the rights of other users or third parties.
- You acknowledge that Resimote may monitor traffic for compliance with this AUP and take action if violations are detected.
Enforcement
Resimote reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, you may lose access to all services and data associated with your account. Resimote may also cooperate with law enforcement agencies if required by law. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent banning from using Resimote’s services.
