Common FAQs
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Resimote is a service that provides remote access to a Residential RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) running on Windows 10, equipped with true residential IPs sourced from real home networks. This allows your online activities to blend seamlessly with regular residential traffic, enhancing security and legitimacy compared to datacenter or ISP-based connections.
Unlike typical RDP or proxy services that rely on datacenter or static ISP connections (which is detected as “datacenter” connection type and banned by many platform), Resimote uses authentic residential IPs from real home networks. This reduces detection risks and offers unique features like advanced protocol support (UDP, QUIC, HTTP/3), a free anti-detect browser (with the Unlimited Plan), full API integration and especially unlimited residential traffic.
No, only about 90% of our IP inventory are residential and sourced directly from real residential home networks. The other 10% are of datacenter type and we are not control of this. When you encounter a datacenter IP, please simply switch to another IP (Unlimited plan). The STATIC SINGLE plan does not encounter this problem.
By using true residential IPs and maintaining a consistent connection profile (e.g., avoiding mobile IPs with desktop PC), Resimote helps prevent your activities from being flagged as suspicious by websites and platforms.
The Unlimited Package includes a Quad-Core CPU and 16GB RAM, suitable for resource-intensive tasks. The Static Package’s specs are tailored for lighter use cases like bandwidth sharing or single account management. Both plans have Windows 10 as the RDP operating system.
These are the latest protocols used by social network platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit etc. to detect proxies. The usual SOCKS5 or HTTPS proxies do not support these new protocols and can be easily detected. Our home connections are residential home connections and thus support these protocol.
No, Resimote offers unlimited traffic with no data caps, allowing 24/7 operation of bots, scrapers, or other applications.
Yes, Resimote provides full API integration for automating workflows. Check our API documentation for details.
Yes, our IPs are proven to pass detection tests on platforms like Pixelscan, Iphey, Incolumitas, Ip2location, Ipbinding etc.
It’s a tool that lets you create unlimited Chrome and Firefox profiles with unique fingerprints, ideal for managing multiple accounts without detection. Unlike other anti-detect browser brands that require you pay more money as you create more profile, we give you unlimited profiles from the get-go.
If you have the UNLIMITED plan, please change to another connection and then try again. If you have the SINGLE STATIC plan, please contact us and we will connect your remote desktop to another connection in your chosen location that will pass all online detection tests.
No the static single plan does not have the ability to change IP at will. However, your IP might still be automatically changed from time to time due to normal residential events such as routers being reset, power outage etc.
The browser creates distinct profiles with unique settings, cookies, and fingerprints, allowing you to manage multiple accounts on the same platform without them being linked, reducing ban risks.
It’s a tool that lets you switch your IP to any of over 90 available locations, giving you flexibility to appear from different countries or regions as needed. Also, it provides info on the current IP trust score, giving you more insight into the current connection that you have.
Yes, trials are available. Please refer to the pricing section for more information on this.
The Unlimited Package offers over 90 countries and regions. The Static Package provides one fixed location.
We use true residential IPs, which are less likely to be detected, and maintain a clean trust score on 90% of our IP inventory. A consistent connection profile further reduces red flags.
Currently, we only accept cryptocurrencies (preferably SOL, LTC, DOGE, TRC20 USDT).
After complete payment, we will send you the login info for your RDP within 24 hours.

Short Answer: No
Ask yourself if your home connection has the same IP 24/7/365. The answer is probably no because there are many reasons that would affect your connection such as power outage, intentionally resetting your router each time your internet become slow, connection owner changing locations or equipments, etc. Each time any of these events happens, your connection changes to another IP address. Since our residential connections are true home connections, they are susceptible to all the reasons above. However you can be assured that you will get a persistent residential connection because whenever a connection goes down, you will automatically get routed to another residential connection right away. This is how we manage to provide you with a 24/7 persistent connection.
No, we can only guarantee that up to 90% of our IPs have clean trust score and the database that we use to determine trust score is IP2Location Database.
We find that other IP score services aren’t as reliable and give many false positives. We find that IP2Location gives the most accurate IP trust score.
A static residential ISP IP is just a hosting/datacenter IP in disguise. This type of IP receives the name of the residential ISP provider in its ISP provider metadata but is detected as hosting/datacenter by many platforms and IP detection services. Our home connection IPs come from real home connection and thus are detected as real residential IPs. It’s like your are connected to the home owners’ routers in their houses.
Rotating residential proxies are real residential connections and will be detected as true residential IP type by platforms and IP detection services. However rotating residential proxies are usually paid by the GB and thus very expensive. You will not be able to increase your TikTok or Youtube video view counts endlessly using rotating residential proxies because each video can be from hundreds of megabytes to several gigabytes and the cost can add up very fast. Additionally, nowadays not very many rotating proxy services provide proxies with QUIC/UDP/HTTP3 support and therefore are more prone to suspension by many platforms.
