Resimote provides residential IP addresses and related tools for activities such as bandwidth sharing, web scraping, social media management, and multi-accounting. Our services include features like unlimited traffic, API integration, and support for various protocols.
2. User Obligations
As a user of Resimote’s services, you agree to:

Your conduct and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, works of authorship, applications, links, and other content or materials (collectively, “Content”) that you submit, post, or display on or via the service.
5. Payment and Subscription Terms
Resimote offers various subscription plans, including trial periods and monthly subscriptions. All fees are quoted in US Dollars and are exclusive of any taxes, which may be added as required by law. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Billing occurs on a recurring basis, and you authorize Resimote to charge your payment method accordingly. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or unused services.
Trial periods are offered to allow users to evaluate the service. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancellation instructions are provided in your account settings.
6. Intellectual Property
Resimote retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its services, including all intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of any data you provide to us, but you grant Resimote a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute your data as necessary to provide the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resimote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service;

Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party;

Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service; and/or

The defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
8. Termination
Resimote may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this ToS, fail to pay subscription fees, or if your account is inactive for an extended period. 9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this ToS or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization], and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
