Agreement and eligibility

Ever Teleprompter is provided by VanhSoft. By using the Android or iOS app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The app is designed for users aged 16 and over. If you are below your local age of legal majority, or cannot agree to these Terms yourself, use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

App account

You may sign in with Google, with Apple on iOS, or create an account with a verified email address and a password of at least eight characters. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in account or password, using an email address you control, and providing accurate account information when seeking support. Authentication messages are delivered through PurelyMail; Contact Us notifications remain a separate Brevo service.

Purchases are restored through the eligible Google Play or Apple Account and the matching Ever Teleprompter account. A purchase tied to a different Ever Teleprompter account is not transferred by signing into another account. An existing Google-backed user may add a password through password recovery without creating a separate account.

Free access, Pro access, and Annual introductory trial

Google Play purchases

• Weekly: an auto-renewing subscription billed once per week until canceled. The United States base price is $3.99 per week.
• Annual: an auto-renewing subscription billed once per year until canceled. The United States base price is $29.99 per year and eligible accounts may receive a three-day introductory trial.
• Lifetime: a $49.99 United States base-price one-time purchase, localized by Google Play. It is not a subscription and has no recurring charge.

Free is an internal app entitlement, not a Google Play product. The app displays the current Google Play price and material billing terms before purchase. Google Play processes payment and supplies purchase status.

App Store purchases on iOS

Weekly and Annual are auto-renewing subscriptions billed at the price and period displayed by Apple's purchase sheet. Eligible Apple Accounts may receive the displayed three-day introductory trial for Annual; after the trial, it renews at the displayed price unless canceled. Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no recurring charge. Apple processes payment and supplies purchase status. Free is an internal app entitlement, not an App Store purchase. Store prices and availability can vary by region; review the live purchase sheet before confirming.

Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds

On Android, manage or cancel Weekly or Annual access through Google Play's subscription centre. On iOS, use the app's Manage Subscriptions action or Apple's subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the current paid period ends. Uninstalling, signing out, or deleting the Ever Teleprompter account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are governed by the purchase platform's policies and applicable law. Request an Android refund through Google Play or an iOS refund through Apple. A refund, chargeback, revocation, or invalid purchase may remove access, including Lifetime access.

Local content and backups

Scripts, folders, settings, progress, downloaded models, and recordings are stored on your device. VanhSoft does not provide cross-device content backup or restoration. You are responsible for exporting anything you need before clearing app storage, uninstalling, deleting local data, losing the device, or changing devices.

You retain ownership of your scripts and recordings. You grant VanhSoft no licence to content that never leaves your device. Files you deliberately share are governed by the destination service.

Recording responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining consent and complying with camera, microphone, copyright, publicity, privacy, and recording laws. Do not record people or protected material unlawfully. Strict 4K mode works only when the selected front camera supports UHD; the app does not mislabel a lower-resolution fallback as 4K.

Service and offline access

Authentication, purchase verification, restoration, refunds, and revocations require online services. Previously verified paid access may use a seven-day server-outage grace period. An active speaking or recording session is not interrupted solely because access must be reverified.

Features, device compatibility, speech accuracy, and third-party services can change. VanhSoft may suspend access necessary to investigate fraud, security abuse, or invalid purchases.

Purchase platforms, authentication, mail, speech services, models, and open-source software

Google Play, App Store/StoreKit, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, PurelyMail, Brevo, Android and Apple speech services, Supabase software, Hugging Face, GitHub, Cloudflare, and other selected providers operate under their own terms. Ever Teleprompter includes third-party and open-source components subject to their licences.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ever Teleprompter is provided “as is” without a guarantee that speech recognition, timing, recording, export, or uninterrupted service will be error-free. VanhSoft is not responsible for lost local content, missed recordings, third-party outages, or use that violates law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
